Chicken into 1inch(2.5cm) cube, marinate with soy sauce, five-spice, white pepper overnight. 

Coat with Tapioca flour until beads form. Fry in 450F oil until golden (about 4min), fry basil until translucent. Add top of the fried chicken.

Mushroom into 1inch cube. Coat with Tapioca flour until beads form. Fry in 450F oil until golden (about 3min), fry basil until translucent. Add top of the fried mushroom
