Burger

Smash Burger
Thinly slice onion
Make 2 ground beef balls
Smach ball on a hot pan, wait for 20-30sec

Braised Short Beef Rib
Cover the beef with salt and pepper overnight
Brown all six edges of the rib with a hot oiled pan, take out
Carmelize the 2 chopped onions until softened
Put back the beef rib, add a can of beer(I used bourbon barrel-aged IPA), and 1 oz of whiskey, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, and add beef stock until cover the beef. heat up to simmer
Put the lid on with a little opening, put it into 275F (135C) oven for 4 hours
Take out the meat, put the soup in the fridge until cooled, take out the solid fat at the top to discard. reduce the soup to a sauce. Add salt and additional seasoning if needed.
Banana Pancake
2 banana
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking power
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Butter in the pan, using kitchen tissue to spread.

330g of rice, wash until water clear
Add 510g of water, soak for over 30min
Heat with the lid on until boil
Put lid offset to have 10% of pot cross-section to vent air, change to low heat
Heat until water disappears, turn off the heat and stir
Close the lid, and let the residue heat for 10 min
Shakshuka
Heat up the cumin and hot pepper
Add bell pepper
Add tomato sauce, sale and pepper, and bring to simmer

BBQ brisket
Trim the fat to 1/4 inch thick. Make it look "aerodynamic" so that the juice will not able to fall off.
Salt, pepper 1:1 by weight, apply all around

Put the steak on the cold side, flip every 5min, until reaches 90F
Put it on the hot side, and flip it every 60 sec, until internal reach 110F
Rest for about 5-10min, the internal will reach 135F

Make batter:
90g flour
